Statement:
Our primary objectives is to promote the culinary profession,
to provide ongoing educational
training and networking with in the community and to promote fun
and the fine art of cooking.
To abide by the guidelines set by the ACF National office and
our chapters ACF/SEMCC.
To follow the culinarian code, promote our members and help them
grow in their profession thru
education and comradeship.
